Passwords and users names can be sent to an email address you have specified, through answering a secrete question, or by entering you PIN. If you haven't set any of the above through your account you can request your details to be given to you by your form teacher. To retrive your password or request it to be reset by your form teacher please select which school your are at; Claires Court, The College or Sixth Form.

Your contact email is the email which is used to contact you, for reasons like updating your password. It is highly recomened that you set this to be the email account you use the most. You can update which email address you want as your contact email easily simply go to Your Account > Update contact email. We will never share or sell your email with anyone - we hate spam as much as you.

Your username is the same as your school computer logon (e.g. 03019).
Your passwords will have either been given to you by your teacher or via email.

It is possible your account hasn't been set up yet - if it hasn't follow the instructions from the Logon page.

You can change your account password anytime through your Account page which is accessible once you have logged in.
Remember it is important to update your password reguarly to keep your account secure. Find out more about passwords

If you find a fault on the site, (spelling mistakes, missing pages, broken links etc) please report them as soon as possible through this form. The sooner we are made aware of the problem the sooner we can make your site work better for you.

On your homepage and oter pages you the site you will see, 'QuickLinks to teachers' these are links to teachers who you either have as teachers or otherwise need regular access to. These links are there to give you instant access to their profile, rather than having to search for each teacher. You can send teachers messages, files, or many other resources. You can change these links easily through your account page which is accessible from your homepage.

Your PIN is a 4 digit which you can set at anytime though your account homepage then selecting 'Account'. It is important to set your PIN and remember it. If you ever forget your password for the site your PIN can be used to reset your password.

There are a few rules which need to be abided to when using the site to make sure the site keeps working for everyone as best as possible. The main rules are as following;
- You are responsible for your actions on the site - you agree not to use the site to upload indecent or inappropiete files, or post racist, malicious, bullying or otherwise inappropriate material.
- You also understand that your password is for you only, and should never be shared to anyone else. If you think some else knows your password please change it immediately, details on changing your password can be found here
- You agree to report any form of bullying or uploaded malicious files should you find one. You can report things here
