Recently changed your school computer password?
It's important to remember that although usernames are the same passwords are not the same as the one's you logon to the school computers with, unless you have set both the same. So if you have recently changed your school computer password your Student Site password will not change.
Passwords are case sensitive
Make sure Caps lock is off as passwords are case sensitive.
